Vi har flere modeller til udlejning. Den enkelte model kan leveres med flere skærme, så du kan teste forskellige spalteåbninger. På den måde kan du teste dig frem til den spalteåbning, der passer bedst til de fraktioner, som du skal filtrere. Med vores testenheder kan vi også finde frem til, hvor stor selve enheden skal være, for at du opnår en kapacitet, der kan sluge den mængde væske, du skal have igennem.
A REKO bow screen is used for filtering process water. Both by e.g. washing of raw materials and handling of wastewater / residue products.

A REKO bow screen works by feeding a liquid with solid fractions / raw materials into the top of the sieve. The liquid with the solid fractions runs down over a curved element with slits. After which the liquid flows through the slits and the solid fractions / raw materials flows to the bottom of the screen. The liquid collects on the inside of the screen and is passed on through an outlet. The solid fractions / raw materials spill over the edge and down into a collecting container or on to the next production stage.
A bow screen is a simple construction but with a significant efficiency. The crucial thing for bow screens to have an optimal effect is primarily to:
- Adapting the slot opening to the product to be filtered
- Considering the width and height of the screen must match the product and the amount of liquid to be separated
In addition, the equipment and the process can be optimized by installing a vibrator, integrated cleaning of the slots, etc.
